Well, good news indeed, but I can't find info about this.
All I can find, thus far, is word that he'll be back this year, 
riding a Melbray Manx & possibly riding in the Junior too.

Team Grantham Lodge will have a three-pronged attack at the 2024 Manx Grand Prix with double Senior Classic race podium finisher Mike Browne once more spearheading their attack.
The Irishman will be joined in the New Zealand-based team by Rhys Hardisty and Rob Hodson.

  Jack Wood Legacy Lap to take place at MGP 2024

A memorial event will take place at this year's Manx Grand Prix in memory of a stalwart of road racing on the Isle of Man.
Ride out to be held on Sunday, 25 August.

The Mountain Road will be one-way again next month when a spectators' lap is held during Manx Grand Prix.
