Bloody good ride by Stephen Thompson.

God help us, we have in this part of the world a journalist who writes on two-wheeled sport for the "Belfast Telegraph".

In tonight's issue, he sings the praises of the Ulster riders at Macau (all except one) and adds a mention of Martin Finnegan who, "although a Southern rider, competes in our road races here in the North".

He doesn't, however, even give a name check to Keith Stewart, whose first time at Macau it was and who finished 18th - a good ride. In my humble opinion, anyone who rides there has got test tickles like grapefruit.

But then, as far as Mr Jimmy Walker is concerned, anyone who gets lapped is completely off the radar, obviously.

Sad.

Well done Keith
