I had a little engine trouble at the Waterworks last year, but, I went in and had a good mechanic look at it. After the engine oil was changed, the PSA reading came down, and, although, I was really concerned with the state of my prostate, it's been all OK since then. So, as Tom and others have said, the prognosis for prostates is very good these days, especially in early diagnosis.
