If that happens there'll be the blather about saving costs/money and more bikes on the grid then the regulations will ease over 2-3 years and hey presto you'll need a load of money to get the last few bhp out of the motor. A good friend looked after John McPhee last year and the Moto3 costs are quite ridiculous for a single cylinder 4-poke motor / gearbox.
