Without close ups of the riders. it's hard to get any clues! However, among the clips at Cronk y Voddy crossroads I'm fairly sure I saw Frank Whiteway on a 500cc Suzuki proddie bike and he won that class in 1970, so I'm going to guess that's the year. From memory, the weather was decent that year!
