Any bike any rider at the TT?.
If you folks could see any rider and any motorcycle from any era do one more race at the TT who would it be and on what bike? I think mine would be Mike Hailwood and the stunning Britten.

Mike Hailwood on the six cylinder Honda.  Having seen and heard him round the Isle of Man back in the sixties, nothing since has come close to comparing with it.  You could hear that thing coming from miles away.

Me and missus were staying at Cronk Asshen that year and watched his progress all week through the practices, every once in a while somebody comes thru and you think they stand out from the rest , the lad was good and was not surprised he won his newcomers race.
We were in the grandstand that day and missus took some cracking pics of lad getting his award on the podium, how gutting it was to hear that awful announcement.

Been going since mid-60's so seen most of the above but missed out on Bob Mcintyre and the first 100mph lap. Would have liked to have seen that.

I'd go for Norman Brown on the RG500.  I was lucky enough to see him race but he was taken so soon after starting his TT career that I never had a chance at the time to appreciate how special a rider I was watching.
