I lived in Northern Italy and I am a fanatic TT fan. I started to think to come to the I.O.M. in 1992, when I watched for the first time a video cassette of the TT. My only sunlight was, is and will be William Joseph ! I managed to come with my own bike in 1999 and, unfortunatly, I couldn't clapped another Joey's victory. I followed the last TT from my house with my computer on the Radio TT website, and I felt extremely happy when Joey won.......and WON........AND WON !! I was ready to see him in person this year, but a cruel fate blocked my dreams. I am sure, Joey, you will remain the BEST and nobody will be able to oscurate your magnificience ! I hope, in paradise, there is a Mountain Circuit for you, where to have fun with the other Road racers who made the history of the most beautiful motorcycle's race in the world !
As my friend Guy already said : " There is and will be only ONE William Joseph Dunlop "
R.I.P. Joey Dunlop was the most amazing man that words can't really describe, he was
smart, friendly, wise, funny, clever, loveable, loyal, just a great all round bloke who will be missed by thousands, but never forgotten.
It matters not how a man dies,
But how he lives,
The act of dying is not of importance,
It lasts so short a time.
(Samuel Johnson)
